We look in areas close to local amenities, shops with strong travel links to City & Town centres that boast strong employment and great schools.
2. Rental Demand
It’s important that our investors have options to retain or sell. A high rental demand area offers flexibility and longevity
3. Structure
We visually check the structural condition of all our properties bringing in a structural engineer where necessary. We search for any problems that may jeopardise a mortgage.
4. Size Matters
To ensure compliance, we ensure all HMO deals meet the minimum room space dimension criteria so that any future licensing and planning applications are effortless.
5. Management Teams
We know that many investors enjoy a completely hands free investment so we ensure management teams are nearby to do all the hard work for you!
