Step 1.
To receive information about our opportunities, your details must first feature on our pre-qualified Investors List. Our teams find, secure and package opportunities ahead of them being sent to your Inbox. These opportunities will be deals, with all the searching, physical inspection, price negotiation, property & area and financial investment calculation due diligence conducted for you. However we do always recommend you carry out your own due diligence too.
Step 2:
The opportunities secured each week are mass-emailed out to our global investors list at 08:30 UK GMT every Tuesday and Thursday, and sometimes additional mornings. The email provides a simple bullet-point list summary outline of each available opportunity.
All you have to do is follow the instructions on the email if you would like to proceed with any of the opportunities listed that week.
Please note, we call investors strictly in the order their enquiry arrives. No exceptions. We will only try 3 times. If no reply, we’ll move to the next Investor.
Step 3:
Once we have discussed the opportunity and answered any additional questions that you might have, you’ll need to read and sign the terms & conditions agreement, a legal non-disclosure agreement and agree to pay the buyers fee invoice (usually 2% + VAT on exchange). The opportunity is not secured until all 3 parts are in place and a memorandum of sale has been sent.
Our opportunities go fast, so please make sure you don’t delay getting in touch.
Final Step:
Once the terms and conditions have been signed we’ll send you the investor pack and/or further information on the desired opportunity. Should you wish to proceed, we will need to conduct some basic identification, proof and source of funds checks within the next 24 hours.
The pack contains all the due diligence and full disclosure on the opportunity, in some instances including details of the seller (or their conveyancing team).
The purchasing process begins. The sooner this concludes, the sooner you start earning!
